Current Cases
We are currently taking on the Government in respect of a major
constitutional attack on the illegal use of speed cameras throughout the 
UK.  Kieran Henry and Michael Schrimpton who is a Barrister instructed by
 Henry’s Solicitors are challenging through the High Court and eventually the
 House of Lords a landmark test case on the illegal use of all road cameras
in cases since 1993. If you have been prosecuted based on evidence
from a fixed GATSO camera or any radar devises we would like to hear from
